I don't know about you but, I am having a real tuff time with the no service attitude of
a lot of internet businesses now days.

What ever happened to 'Service With A Smile? Gone with the gazillions of internet
users daily, hiding in the pages, or maybe lost in the vast world wide web?

I think the world needs an attitude adjustment. Stop and smell the roses, coffee,
smell something besides the lastest email, cell phone call, text message, sale or
the supposed next best thing since sliced bread.

Heck, I spent $255 with one ad business and they promptly disappeared. I'm still
trying to get my money back. No, check that, I finally got my refund and I had to prove
why I wanted it and prove with documentation how I never received anything for my money.

I spent $350 with another one and haven't seen a thing since. That was 3 months ago
and never got a 'Thank You' even after 14 emails trying to figure out what I didn't receive.
I asked for a refund and I never got a response. Looks like I'll end up doing the same
thing as the other purchase.

What happened to this internet thing? Why are most trying to forget you before
they know you? Have we lost our feelings? Are we to busy to say thank you or how
may I help you? Is our time schedule so harried we can't take a minute to appreciate
what we receive?

I'm what you would call 'old school' when it comes to service, appreciation, being
prompt and sincere. I have been on this internet since 1995. Boy that tells my age.
Anyway, back then, it was common place to have someone thank you for your
purchase and email you to see if you had any questions.

I had a person purchase an autoresponder program through one of my links. He
could not get it to work and asked for a refund after explaining it wouldn't do what
he expected or couldn't get it installed correctly.

I said "No Problem"! I sent him a refund plus another responder program I had...
no charge. You think he'll think about me the next time he has the notion to advertise

or purchase a Private Label Rights Product, Master Resell Rights Product, or some
other offer I have? You bet he will.

In closing, I think there is always time to appreciate what others do for me, purchase

from me and always try to answer any questions they may have if there is any way to
find the answer even if I don't know it at the time.

Stop...smell the roses, coffee and set aside five minutes when ever possible
to say 'Thank You'! or..."No Problem!"
